Step into a deep healing oasis at the semi private lake front 5D spa in Ile Perrot. Join us for a magical afternoon of rejuvenation, relaxation, emotional release and peaceful vibrations as we journey through the practice of therapeutic yoga, guided meditation and sound healing while basking in the beautiful surroundings of this lake front paradise.
SCHEDULE
10am Arrival
10-11am Tea and opening circle
11-12:30pm therapeutic gentle yoga practice & Sound Healing
12:30-1:30 Vegetarian lunch will be served.
1:30-2:30 free time to relax and enjoy the surroundings
2:30-3:30pm Sonic wave sound healing inside lake front salt water pool.
3:30-4pm closing circle
