Come join us on Sunday morning all summer long for a gentle yoga practice with the healing sounds of nature and a variety of soothing instruments. Bring your friends and families. Kids under 12 are FREE.

BE GUIDED THROUGH A HEALING SESSION THAT INCLUDES:
-Therapeutic gentle yoga
(combined Hatha, Yin, Dr Bali Method and Nidra)
-Sound Healing (Tibetan Bowls, Tingshas, gongs, rattles, chrystal pyramid, chimes, frog drum, bird sounds, Idiopan drum in 432hz (healing frequency of the earth) Unitary Reiki healing chants, singing and vocal vibrations)
-Guided Visualisation
-Meditation
-Pranayama
