Salt Cave Sound Bath

SALT CAVE SOUND HEALING MEDITATION  (Saturday Feb 3rd 5-6pm) Come dive into a deep healing session in a man made halotherapy salt cave in La Prairie. You will surrounded by the soothing energy of himalayan salt while be guided into a deep state of yoga nidra meditation and guided visualization accompanied by the healing sounds of various instruments incuding: tibetan bowls, gongs, tingshas, rattles, rain stick, vocal vibrations, chrystal pyramid idiopan drum in 432hz(healing frequency of the earth).

Halothérapie is a salt-based treatment that can relieve a number of health problems. It was discovered thousands of years ago and has since helped people breathe better, strengthen their immune systems, and purify their bodies of toxins and impurities. This session takes place in a salt cave where you will be surrounded by the soothing energy of Himalayan salt.
